Join Annie Bray, RMT for a 4-week exploration of gentle movement, self-massage and body awareness. You will be guided through a range of supportive self-massage sequences in support of chronic pain, insomnia, anxiety and as well as to promote general wellbeing. The course materials will be yours to return to for a full year.
